Certainly! Our rush laundry delivery service covers El Cajon with next-day completion. We understand urgent needs and prioritize emergency requests.
You just click on "Schedule a Pickup" and fill in your information. We will pick up your laundry when you request. We will text you when we are on our way and let you know that we picked it up if you are not home. Then we will return your laundry to you clean and ready to be put away.
No you don't. Just leave your laundry in a secure location and let us know where that is.
We offer service to most of the county Monday through Saturday, with NEXT DAY return. Saturday deliveries are returned on Mondays. We service Ramona on Thursdays and Alpine on Wednesdays with next day return.
We pick up to all incorporated areas of San Diego County and some of the smaller surrounding areas. When you create an account the software will let you know immediately if you are in our service area. Check our service locations for more details.
All Wash & Fold orders are returned the next day unless we pick up your clothes on Saturday then they are returned on Monday. We are also able to return pressed items the next day as well. Dry Cleaning is 5-7 days.
While we strive to keep pricing easy for the customer and all inclusive, there are a few things you should be aware of. Our service includes your choice of name brand detergents and softeners, completely customized orders, no charge to hang your items, including hangers, no charges for air drying your items. Most of our competitors have fees for each of these items.

Please note there is a $45 minimum per each order, and a $5 transportation fee and a $20 missed pickup fee.
Our standard is to process your clothes using Tide & Downey, WASH all clothing in COLD water, and DRY on MEDIUM heat. We HANG all collared shirts and women's blouses, zippered jackets/hoodies, dresses, and skirts. We FOLD all T-shirts, shorts, pants, and sweatshirts. Other detergent options: Gain, All Free & Clear, Ecos Lavender, and Purcell. Other Softener Options: Gain, Suavitel, Vinegar, Standard Bounce Dryer sheets, or Bounce Free & Clear Dryer Sheets.
Yes! We offer free customization for every order. You can specify detergent, fabric softener, wash temperature, drying preferences, and even folding instructions. We’ll process your clothes exactly how you like them.
Absolutely. We carefully sort lights, darks, and whites before washing. If you have specific separation requests (like delicates, towels, or baby clothing), just let us know in your preferences.
Yes. We provide hypoallergenic detergent and fragrance-free options at no additional cost. Just select “sensitive skin” in your preferences when scheduling pickup.
Our Wash & Fold service is priced per pound with a $45 minimum per order. We also offer flat-rate options for household items like comforters, blankets, and pillows. Dry Cleaning and Pressed items are priced per garment.

Wash & Fold orders are typically returned the **next day**, except Saturday pickups which are delivered on Monday. Pressed items can also be returned next day, while Dry Cleaning usually takes 5–7 days.
Yes! You can schedule weekly or bi-weekly pickups to make laundry care completely hands-free. You’ll still get reminders and can reschedule if needed.
At this time we do not offer same-day service, but most orders are returned in just 24 hours. For urgent requests, please call us to check availability.
If your pickup falls on a major holiday, we’ll notify you and adjust to the next available service day. Deliveries are always resumed promptly after holidays.
Yes, we provide professional Dry Cleaning for suits, dresses, and delicate items. Standard turnaround is 5–7 days.
